Classwork and homework for 2/24/12

Today we took Cornell Notes on Chapter 6-1(The Structure of DNA) and then wrote a summary.  The summary had to do 3 things. First, the students had to address 3 discoveries that led to an understanding of DNA structure.  Second, they had to describe the structure of DNA.  Third, they had to explain how DNA can be copied. 

We then began to take notes on Chapter 6-2 (The function of DNA).

The homework it to continue to prepare for next Friday's test on Genetics and DNA.
