Greetings Parents,
By now you should have received a letter from your student that showed your child's a.r. diagnostic report. In this letter you will find information about your child's reading level as well as helpful hints to enhance their reading comprehension.
Please be aware that all students who are in a Literacy: Reading class have reading goals each grading period. For the first quarter, all students are expected to reach 5 a.r. points. Students can obtain a.r. points by reading accelerated books from the school media center, my classroom, local library, and/or book stores. After finishing a book students should take an a.r. quiz on that particular book. These quizzes can be found on the accelerated reader website, https://hosted192.renlearn.com/701712/.
