Hello,
Parents, this week we are discussing Greatest Common Factors and Least Common Multiple. Your students will have quiz on Friday on these items. I really want to emphasize the importance of your child doing homework and studying on a daily basis. I am really proud of the progress the students are making in math. I see a huge difference in the pre and post test results which tells me as teacher that our students are gaining knowledge. Keep encouraging and working with your students because your involvement helps the success of your students. I will add the powerpoints for GCF and LCM on tomorrow.

This week our focus in math is factors and prime factorization. We have spent alot of class time practicing prime factorization. We will spend one more day on prime factorization. We will have a quiz on Friday on prime factorization. The quiz will consist of ten problems.
