WINTER HOLIDAY BREAK: Happy Holidays!!!

Quarter 2 Ends on Thursday, December 22 and

Q2 Report Cards will be sent home with students on January 13th

Please sign to indicate reciept and return to the homeroom teacher.

Students were given a Winter Break Packet in English Language Arts and Math. They were asked to sign for reciept of the packet as well as understanding the following statement:

 I have received my 6^th Grade Language Arts Winter Break Packet. I understand that I may complete it at my own pace, but I need to turn it in on Wednesday, January 11, 2012.  It is my responsibility to keep up with my packet until the due date.  If I am absent and do not get a packet, it is my responsibility to ask my language arts teacher for one.  I understand that no second copies will be given and only completed assignments where I follow all of the directions will be graded.  The packet will be available to print from the Campbell Middle School web site. Also, I understand that this will count as a TEST grade for the 3rd quarter.
